Cause and cure of sudden dizziness, lethargy, pressure and stress

People often suffer from sudden dizziness and lethargy.

There may be various reasons for this to happen in your day to day life, if sudden reasons are not known. If reasons are not known, neither will the cure be known.

Here as some of the reasons and cure, that I can give you out of my personal experience in order to help you over come such sudden stress. I would like to provide you some of the stress busters to make you health, life and wealth better.

I used to suffer from lethargy, dizziness and stress all of a sudden, and I noticed it really well this year, at the times of season changes. While winter was over and hot summer was getting on the way, my body would ache with pain as well. And some times, in winter too.  There was a difference between summer and winter changes to my body. It was usually in the summer the stress and dizziness was quite common. Despite the good diet and rest, I would be attacked with this unformidable facts of stress.

What I discovered was that, it was staying and doing same thing repeatedly with out any break caused this sort of stress. The other thing is if the food intake is huge, the stress is on the way. All the energy such gets drained to this feeling of boring, heaviness and fatigue. To avoid this many take rest, which only adds more stress and dizziness. Usually such, stress is common staying continuously in the same room. In conclusion, the repeated actions and it’s constancy is said to be behind depression as well.

Lately, I have been maintaining my weight loss, by doing food control measures. I have started taking less food. Suddenly, this put me in more fresh mode than that of bored and lethargic feeling oozing the discomfort to all the activities around. Earlier, I would feel, just lying in a couch, a mattress and bed to rest after heavy meal. Comparatively, having less meat usually 4-6 pieces, handful of rice and more vegetables is big ease to the stomach, creating that effect of freshness and energy. You don’t need a soft drink called boost or anything like that. The other advantage with intake of quality food with balanced quantity is to lower your tummy size. If you want to reduce tummy, stop being foodie in unhealthy ways.

I notices such heavy meal culture was natively South Asian, especially Nepal, which was once suitable during our parent’s generation where they labored hard in fields, forest, cattle rearing, fodder arrangements, water fetching, cleaning and cutting woods. Such heavy labor were exercises too, because the labor was variety in nature unlike the repeated labor we have in modern industrial era. I can imagine the stress of people working for long hours in the same industry setting, it can be hell of stress, and people in South Asia mistake it for the high blood pressure, they measure sugar and run to clinics.

If only certain measures could be maintained, stress busters would be on the way.

The anti-dote to this is, you take a break. Take a break from staying in the same room, bed, office or environment and just come out of it. Go in the open space, start walking or running for at least an hour. Such a break will in no time refresh you and take all your physical and mental stress away. The body needs movement to instruct the brain, that more blood flow is necessary to energize you and rest of your life. This will start changing your life rapidly. Love to enjoy nature, the society, community, other gatherings, natural spring water drinking and bathing than just regular office meetings, coffee intake (will cause cancer if you are addicted to it), smoking, social media, mobile and gadgets. Put them away and start to emerge with nature, greenery, air outside your office, house, apartment and tents.

Body need fresh air, water and food instead of the ones that is inside building, processed and packed. Only if the earth and our surroundings were filled with natural springs, clean rivers and trees, imagine the freshness, energy, enthusiasm that we would have.

Why don’t you experiment from today?

One thing you should not forget to do is evaluate you work, life, health, wealth and progress at the end of the day or end of the week. This will keep you moving and energize, give you more ideas to move ahead to your passion and purpose. If you lack passion in the works you are doing, that work may not be your call and purpose. Right purpose and call will create the burning passion and enthusiasm in you, will wake you up during the day and night. Do you know someone around you who is stressed, this fact may be one of the causes, their call, purpose, career is all confusing and jumbled up, ultimately throwing everyone around them in confusion and hassles.

If these things are taking place, you will be a person who will be able to cover up your health even with 4-2 hours of sleep in a day, though experts have informed we need 8 hours of sleep. That is for the the normal man. The extra ordinary people are found sleeping only 4-2 hours in  a day. To be extra ordinary, some are gifted, but others have to take some measures such as good food habits, exercise, enjoying nature, passion in call, purpose and career. The emphasis is on resting rather than sleeping. People have developed sleep since they are conceived because it’s natural. However, resting is way more tactical and you need to ensure you are resting. People may sleep, but they may lack rest due to nightmares, sleep paralysis, day dreaming, dreams that occur due to worries of life. A rest is more important in and outside sleep.

Take a day off in a week, have a holiday break, take a prayer-meditation break rather than just normal tea break, this is also a type of rest.

I am telling you this because I want to help you break free of boredom, fatigue, stress, dizziness and aches.

The other day I had been having some pain on my knees. Upon clearly evaluating my schedules, I discovered I had been staying working too long in a desktop with a chair. That bending positioned for long hours had impacted my knee. Hence, the cure was that I need to stretch my legs and body from time to time than just bending my knees while doing computer works. Hey, come on now. I am perfectly well these days. No more knee joint aching.

Lets summarize stress busters:

  1. Healthy food habit, balanced diet, remember to eat small amount of food within time intervals.
  2. Heavy or light exercise in a day, is going to charge you for another three days, how much more will it energize you to take stress off, if done daily.
  3. Take enough rest, than just sleeping.
  4. Take a break and holiday from daily normal activities.
  5. Evaluate your life in a day or in a week.
  6. Check if you have passion in what you are doing.

If you are doing this, you will save your wife, husband, daughters and relatives from taking you to clinic, witch doctors, priest, doctors and scammers for the purpose of regaining the health. It will save your hard earned money and improve you personality making you extra ordinary and different person.
