Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has condemned the assassination attempt of US President Donald Trump.
A staunch supporter of Ukraine tried to shoot Trump on the golf course on Sunday. The suspect has been identified as a supporter of the Ukrainian war against Russia. The suspects of the attempted murder were caught shortly after the incident. AFP reported that Zelensky called his arrest good.
He also said that there is no place for political violence in the world. A high-ranking Ukrainian official said that the 58-year-old suspect Ryan Wesley Ruth had no position in the state structure of Ukraine and that he came to Ukraine only as a supporter.
He also said that there are many people like him. The organization of foreign volunteer fighters fighting in Ukraine also said that Ruth had no signature.
