The competition between Trump and Harris in the US presidency: who has the upper hand?

After US President Joe Wyden withdrew from the presidential race and withdrew his candidacy by supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, the politics of the US presidential election suddenly turned upside down.

Now in the race for the world’s most powerful president, it is expected that there will be a tough competition between the current Vice President Kamala Harris and the former President Donald Trump. Last Friday, the majority of the delegates of the Democratic Party have appointed Kamala as the party’s official candidate, and the National Convention, which will be held on August 19, will only give a formality.

After Wyden’s disappointing performance in the televised debate between Wyden and Trump on June 27th, Wyden was severely criticized within the party ranks. Not only this, the argument that Wyden, who is both physically and mentally disabled, cannot lead America was raised within the party ranks. Not only from the party’s voters and potential voters, more than three dozen lawmakers of the party suggested and pressured Wyden to withdraw from the presidential election. Within a few days of this, he held a press conference and announced that he had given up the candidacy and said that he had handed over the keys of power to the new generation. Accordingly, after withdrawing from the candidacy of the Democratic Party and supporting Vice President Kamala Harris, the atmosphere is now heating up in favor of Kamala.

Most of the senior leaders of the Democratic Party, including former President Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, have supported Kamala. How Kamala will handle this intense responsibility that has come upon him will be affected by the steps he will take in the future.

Kamala’s next easy path is the election of the Vice President. There are five potential vice presidential candidates. Kamala has already had a serious discussion with six senators and the governor. It is expected that he will check it by next Tuesday.

It is estimated that after the selection of a good vice president, not only Kamala, but also the Democratic Party will be able to easily reach the destination. The governor of Pennsylvania, Jose Shapiro, has been in the forefront of the race for vice president. Along with him are Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota, Governor Andy Weiser of Kentucky, Senator Mark Kelly of Arizona, Governor JB Prezeker of Illinois and current Minister of Transportation Pete Buttiz.

On the other hand, former President Donald Trump has been designated as the official candidate of his party by the Republican Party Convention a few weeks ago. Trump has named J.D. Vance as his running mate.

If so, will Kamala and Trump get 270 or more electoral votes out of a total of 538 in the elections to be held in November and be elected president? This question has puzzled American voters. A poll conducted after the candidacy of 59-year-old Kamala and 79-year-old Trump showed that two percent more voters liked Kamala than Trump. Which is a much higher percentage than Wyden, who has been accused of being old. This also made Kamala very happy. Kamala has raised 81 million dollars within two days compared to the 95 million dollars that Wyden has raised so far in the election campaign.

In addition, the Zoom meeting of specific women of the Democratic Party across the United States also discussed how Kamala can be defeated, so it seems that women are also inclined towards him. This time, the weight of black, Latino and young voters is more on Kamala.

Most of the analysts have also predicted that the vote will go in favor of Kamala. Will American voters, who have not become women-friendly, elect a black woman of Asian American descent as president? This is the most profound question at present. Yes, he has a clear view on true speech, women and women’s reproductive and abortion rights, but this is not enough for Vijay.

The divide between blacks and whites is rife in the American electorate. This can be the factor and cause of his defeat. Because in 2016, the president’s wife, a white woman, Hillary Clinton, was analyzed to be the reason behind her defeat against Trump.

Also, Hillary was more popular than Kamala due to the fact that her husband Bill Clinton was the President and she herself was the Minister of Foreign Affairs and a multifaceted personality. Kamala Harris is not inferior to Hillary Clinton in anything. But there is reason to believe that the vote will come in Kamala’s favor at the polling station because apartheid has settled in the hearts and minds of the American people at the inner level.

It cannot be argued that this is the reason why there has not been much change in the state of American politics and American voters in the last eight years. The election of the Vice President, who is considered popular by the Bahujans, can also be a strong basis for Kamala’s presidential election. If that selection is wrong, it will have far-reaching consequences.

There is no particular reason why Trump will win. America is basically a country of immigrants. Although the election slogan of putting the American people and America first is successful to some extent, it can be doubted that Trump will get the vote of the immigrants. Trump’s last four-year tenure is not considered successful internationally.

Trump has been blamed for the attacks on Hulhujjat and Capitol Hill on January 6. Not only that, some analysts have also warned that if he wins in a situation where the court has already found him guilty of more than three dozen cases of harassment of women, sexual violence and serious crimes, he may become a Hitler because of his sense of revenge. Not only that, his Vice President JD Vance’s comparison of Trump as American Hitler a few years ago is still a topic of discussion. Some analysts are of the opinion that Trump can do anything, attack America’s democracy, while others say that Trump will take America to new heights. It is also possible that Trump will get some sympathy votes for the assassination attempt on Trump last month. On the other hand, liberal people are shocked by the fact that the Republican Party is going to bring a program called Project 25 with ancient ideas and plans. There is also a high possibility that the vote of immigrants will be cut by this project.

Now there is the matter of swing state. About half of the 50 states in the United States have Republican and Democratic bases. But there are six such states in the US, and whoever the state wants becomes the president. They are Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. These six states have more votes. Their opinions have sometimes and sometimes been swayed. Therefore, whoever gets with these decisive states, that person becomes not only the owner of the White Palace, but the leader of the world.

American voters now have a long wait for the general election, which will be held on Tuesday, November 5. This day will decide the history of America.
