The Israeli army entered the office of Al Jazeera with weapons. Al Jazeera reported that a heavy Israeli army entered the offices of Al Jazeera in Ramallah, West Bank on Sunday and warned them to stop broadcasting the publication for 45 days
Al Jazeera also broadcast live the entry of Israeli forces into his office.
In the video, Israeli soldiers are seen entering with weapons. Bureau chief Walid Omri and some staff are seen outside after the army enters.
International newspapers, including Al Jazeera, reported that the military had warned him to immediately evict staff and stop broadcasting for 45 days.
The Ramallah Bureau has been operating for over a decade.
Israel has been accusing Al Jazeera of supporting terrorism. Earlier in May, Israel also closed Al Jazeera’s office in Jerusalem.
