The PM expressed hope that the situation in Bangladesh will return to normal soon.

He said 140 crore Indians are concerned about the safety of Hindus and minorities in the neighbouring country. In his Independence Day speech from the Red Fort, Modi said India is committed to peace and will remain Bangladesh’s well-wisher in its development journey.
Things will be normal soon
Modi said that as a neighbouring country it is natural for us to be concerned about what has happened in Bangladesh. I hope that the situation there will return to normal soon. In particular, the concern of 140 crore countrymen is that the safety of Hindus and minorities there should be ensured.

PM Modi said that India always wants the neighbouring country to move forward on the path of peace and prosperity. For the second time in a week, the PM expressed concern
This is the second time in the last one week that Modi has expressed concern over the situation of minorities in Bangladesh. While congratulating Muhammad Yunus after he took over as the head of the interim government of Bangladesh on August 8, Modi had called upon him to ensure the safety of Hindus and other minorities.
